All patrons, including minors and babies must have a valid ticket for entry.

 

All tickets are a General Admission (GA) ticket to the event.

Each ticket includes General Admission entry to the festival.

This includes:

  • Live performances – Bluey & Bingo, PAW Patrol & TMNT
  • Inflatable obstacles
  • Silent Disco
  • MX Entertainment
  • Petting Zoo
  • Interactive activations

Please note: Community market stalls will have their goods/services for sale at their determined pricing. Food and Drink vendors prices as determined also.

All tickets for Never Say Neverland are to be purchased online and will be available as a mobile ticket on completion of your purchase or as a Print-At-Home version.

Entry will be from Wittenoom St on the North side of the East Oval

Yes. Patrons are permitted to come and go from the Never Say Neverland event. You will be required to scan out with your ticket on departure if you plan on returning to the event to ensure your ticket scans on return.

Yes. Security checks will be carried out on all bags and other items being brought into the event (eg: prams). Patrons are required to abide by the Conditions of Entry and prohibited items will not be permitted into the event.

Security staff may ask patrons to submit to a pat-down search and wanding to ensure illegal or prohibited items are not brought into the venue. Refusal by a patron to comply with a search request may result in the patron not being admitted into the the event.

Yes. The event will proceed rain, hail or shine! This would only change if artist or public safety becomes an issue.

Yes, a wide range of food and beverage facilities will be available throughout the site.

Never Say Neverland is a contactless event and accepts payments by card only.

Patrons are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.

Food trucks will be operational throughout the event site.

Cloaking facilities will not be available.

Prams are permitted access to the venue for this event.

Medical crews from St.John Ambulance Australia will be present to attend to any problems, no matter how big or small. Please see Never Say Neverland staff for assistance.

There is limited shade available on the event site. Large shade structures will be installed throughout the perimeter spaces and within the food truck zone to ensure they do not impede the stage viewing. Please bring a hat and sunscreen.

No, smoking at the event is not permitted.

Patrons must scan their ticket to exit the event and re-scan through the entrance on return.

The following items are permitted into the event:

  • Picnic rug
  • Prams
  • Picnic/Hamper with food, no metal cutlery
  • Low back camping/deck chair – please ensure the legs sit no higher than 23cm. No special considerations will be made for any chairs that are higher.

Strictly NO BYO alcohol and NO glass items. Security will be onsite to enforce Liquor control laws.

No tables or umbrellas, professional SLR cameras, video or recording equipment, metal cutlery, wine spikes, bean bags, bean chairs, tents or sun shelters as well as high back chairs.

Please wear footwear and appropriate clothing for the event.

Pets and animals are not permitted at entry.

Special consideration is made for medical assistance dogs. Guide dogs etc.

Parking is available surrounding Wellington Square perimeter.

On street parking surrounds the park on Wellington, Bennett, Wittenoom and Hill Streets. There are ACROD parking bays on Bennett and Wittenoom Streets. Alternately, make your way to Wellington Square via the free Yellow Cat, or by train with Claisebrook and McIver stations within a 10-minute walking distance.

Yes, there will be a designated drop off area on Wittenoom st where you can drop off and pick up
